Please follow this checklist article for Axsy setup in Production for Key User testing prior to a system's go-live with wider Users.

Configuration

Verify your org is ready for Salesforce Production Roll-out by completing the necessary Salesforce pre-requisites for the respective cloud/s
Install Axsy’s Managed Packages
- Please install the same package version used in Staging or User Acceptance Testing or Preproduction Environment where the solution is tested thoroughly before Go-Live.
- Optional: Please raise a support ticket in your support portal in case of any assistance required with Managed Package Links

Install any plugins required
- Please install the same plugin versions used in Staging or User Acceptance Testing or Preproduction Environment where the solution is tested thoroughly before Go-Live.
- Optional: Please raise a support ticket in your support portal in case of any assistance required with Plugin deployment
Assign Salesforce and Axsy permissions to Test and Key users
- This includes assigning permissions to Test user in Production before Key-users rollout
- Once the Sanity Checks using Test User is complete, the permissions can be removed for Valid Field User assignment.
Setup an initial sync configuration via Sync Config Tool
- Please configure Axsy Sync Configuration Tool with Scopes and settings
- Thoroughly tested configurations from Staging or User Acceptance Testing or Preproduction Environment must be replicated in Production Environment
- Axsy Config Settings can also be exported from Prod-Like Lower Test Environment into Production by following this article
- Note: If the Axsy Config setting is imported into Production, Please amend references to List Views (if applicable) by deleting the List View imported from the source Org, and assigning the equivalent List View available in the current target Production Org

Test User Check

Perform simple end-to-end tests with the Axsy Mobile Apps for Test User
Monitor for any errors/warnings logged in the Event Console for Test User and resolve errors before Key Users Testing phase in Production
Once the Test and Ke User Sanity checks are complete, please remove the Salesforce and Axsy permissions assigned to this Test user for Valid Field User Assignment

Key User Check

Involve minimum of 2 to 3 key users to perform Key Users Testing in Production
Ensure the Data assigned to the Key Users must reflect the Real Production Field User Volume
Ensure the Device and Network Connection used by Key Users must match with the Real Production Field User
Perform simple end-to-end tests with the Axsy Mobile Apps with Key Users
Key Users must be logged into the Axsy Mobile App for a minimum of 72 hours prior to Wider Users Rollouts for first Go-Live
Monitor for any errors/warnings logged in the Event Console for Key Users and resolve errors before Wider Users Rollout in Production
Monitor the Dashboard in the Events Console for Key Users metrics

Wider User Rollout

Assign Salesforce and Axsy permissions to Axsy Mobile Field users
All set to use Axsy Mobile Apps by Field Users
Continue to Monitor for any errors/warnings logged in the Event Console for Users
For any issues in Production post Go-Live, Please follow these guidelines to perform initial L1 investigation and report to Axsy for L2 Support if required.
