In addition to assigning users Axsy Managed Package licenses, users will also need to be assigned the appropriate Permission Sets based on their role, as per the table below.
In most cases, a user will either fill a back-office administrator role or a field/mobile user role. Accordingly, each Axsy Managed Package comes with 2 Permission Sets included - one for each role.
