In addition to assigning users Axsy Managed Package licenses, users will also need to be assigned the appropriate Permission Sets based on their role, as per the table below.
In most cases, a user will either fill a back-office administrator role or a field/mobile user role. Accordingly, each Axsy Managed Package comes with 2 Permission Sets included - one for each role.

NOTE: In addition to any Axsy Permission Sets, appropriate Salesforce Permission Sets - e.g. for Salesforce Field Service, Public Sector Solutions or Consumer Goods Cloud - may likely also need to be assigned to users. Please see the appropriate Salesforce documentation for more info.
