Dispatcher Tag Visibility Rules define a Dispatcher's access to Appointments and Resources based on their associated Tags. Dispatchers can schedule Appointments and Resources if at least one associated Tag is marked as Editable under these rules. However, if no tags associated with the Appointment or Resource are Editable but at least one is marked as Read-Only, the Appointment or Resource will be Viewable but not Editable.
Creating Dispatcher Tag Visibility Rules
Firstly, a User will have to be made into a Dispatcher to be able to assign Visibility Rules. Scheduler Tags are open ended, and can be used to group items by type such as Locations or Appointment Types. In this case, Tags will represent different Locations (Downtown, Midtown, etc.)

Once a Dispatcher has been created and associated to a User, you can click 'New' to create new Visibility Rules, as highlighted in Figure 3.
To create a Visibility Rule, select a Tag and a Visibility Level (Editable or Read-Only).

Example in Scheduler UI
In this example, a Downtown Dispatcher has been created with Editable access to the Downtown Tag, and Read-Only access to the East-Side, and Midtown Tags.
Figure 5 contains no Dispatcher Visibility logic, so the Dispatcher is able to see all Resources and Appointments. Once the Rules mentioned above have been implemented, the Scheduler will appear as in Figure 6. Notice the Appointment tagged License Renewal, and Resource with the Red Tag / No Tag go missing as no Visibility Rules have been defined for those Tags specifically.
Additionally, the items tagged with 'East-Side' and 'Midtown' have become Read-Only. This is denoted by the small label underneath the name of the Resource or Appointment.
