Axsy Scheduler Managed Packages

To make use of Axsy Scheduler in your Salesforce Org, the following Managed Package is required to be installed:

• Axsy Mobile for Salesforce - This Managed Package includes the core Axsy Scheduler functionality.

If the Axsy Scheduler is to be used with the industry-specific Visit object, then two additional Managed Packages are required to be installed in your Salesforce Org:

• Axsy Public Sector or Axsy Retail Execution - Depending on if the Salesforce Org is enabled for Public Sector or Retail Execution, one of these two Managed Packages must be installed to access any industry-specific Axsy functionality.
• Axsy Visit Scheduler - Provides Visit-specific functionality to Axsy Scheduler.

Axsy Scheduler Permission Sets

In addition to any permission sets required to make use of the Axsy Mobile App, the following permission sets are included in the above Managed Package(s) and are specifically used for controlling access to Axsy Scheduler:

• Axsy Scheduler Core - Provides access to the "Axsy Scheduler" app and its main "Scheduler" tab within the Salesforce Web UI. 
• Axsy Scheduler Resource Manager - Provides permission to manage (e.g. create and edit) Scheduler Resources and resource groups. Users without this permission set, but with the Axsy Scheduler Core permission set, can still use Axsy Scheduler but cannot manage any Scheduler Resources.
• Axsy Scheduler Tags Manager - Provides permission to manage (e.g. create and edit) Scheduler Tags and assign them to Scheduler Resources and appointments (e.g. Visits). Users without this permission set, but with the Axsy Scheduler Core permission set, can still use Axsy Scheduler but cannot manage or assign any Scheduler Tags.
• Axsy Scheduler use Visits - Included with the "Axsy Visit Scheduler" Managed Package and is required - along with the Axsy Scheduler Core Permission Set - to use Axsy Scheduler with the industry-specific Visit object.
