During the use of the smart for designer if see a "Sorry to interrupt" error message similar to the one shown below then the resolution to this issue can be found below.
Note: The Technical Stuff may have a different error details or no details at all from that shown below.
Via Setup -> Session Settings, check the following settings (one or both may need changing):
- Enable Content Delivery Network (CDN) for Lightning Component framework must be checked
- Use Lightning Web Security for Lightning web components and Aura components must be checked
