For default and created Record Sets, it is possible to specify the time interval for how often the Axsy Mobile App will perform an automatic sync of a the object configured for the Record Set. This is specified in the Axsy Config Tool by:
- Navigating to the Sync tab in the Axsy Config Tool
- Selecting the desired Record Set
- Selecting that Record Set's Query Parameters tab
- Entering a value in the numeric input field for How often to check for updates in Salesforce (minutes)?, which is available across all Record Sets.
NOTE: For some pre-defined Records Sets that have a scheduled-time component, e.g. for the Visit and Service Appointment objects, additional numeric input fields are available for defining the how many Next Days and Previous Days from the current date should be included as part of the date window for sync of that Record Set.
Example: By having different update intervals for different Record Sets, it is possible to check for Visit updates every 60 minutes, while Pricebooks changes may only need to be checked once-a-day (1440 minutes).
