The Settings tab of the Axsy Mobile app in the Salesforce Web UI provides access to the Axsy Config Tool which is used for configuring the behaviour of the Axsy Mobile App. When viewing the Axsy Config Tool, selecting the Sync tab and then Settings > General will present various settings related to the general sync behaviour of the Axsy Mobile App.
Wait on Initial Sync
The following setting controls the behaviour of the Axsy Mobile App while initial sync is in progress.
Setting | Description |

| Wait for initial sync to complete | Checkbox that determines if the user is forced to wait until initial sync is fully complete before getting access to the app or if they can access the app prior to initial sync being completed. NOTE: for data integrity reasons, the setting to enable users to not have to wait for the initial sync to complete will be removed in the next Axsy release. In the interim do not change the default setting and always require the initial sync to complete. |
