Salesforce Maps is a platform tool for back office personnel to create optimised Visit routes for users in the field. There is no direct integration between Salesforce Maps and the Axsy Mobile App. Rather, the output of any planning and optimisation using Salesforce Maps – i.e. Scheduled Visits for mobile users – is what is consumed by the Axsy Mobile App.
