When no internet/data connection can be detected by the Axsy Mobile App, the app will switch to offline mode. A grey banner will remain at the top of the screen for the duration of time the user is offline.
As the user works offline, any changes to Salesforce data - such as editing records, creating new records or uploading photos - will be stored in the Pending Uploads Queue under Settings > Synchronise > Pending Changes.
When the user is able to connect to the internet again, the pending changes will be automatically synced back to Salesforce - no manual intervention required.
