Axsy's offline support is achieved by first priming (synchronising) all of the relevant metadata, records, quick actions and Axsy Smart Forms from the Salesforce platform immediately after initial log-in. The synchronised data is securely stored in a symmetric key AES-256 bit encrypted database within the app.

Since the system of records for all Axsy mobile apps is the Salesforce platform, Axsy does not access, control, store (on any Axsy platform or system) or otherwise process customer data.
Use of any Axsy mobile app enables the customer to access certain functionalities and perform certain tasks online and offline. Once the Axsy app is downloaded, the user will have sole control of how the mobile app is used.
