To begin creating Dynamic Assessments, start by designing Assessment Questions and adding them to an Omni Assessment Task.

Create Assessment Questions

To start creating Dynamic Assessments, admins will need to create Assessment Questions.

By accessing the App Launcher and selecting Assessment Questions, admins can create Assessment Questions to include in an inspection checklist.

Omni Assessment Task

Admins will use Omni Assessment Tasks to build forms for a specific assessment task. Storing both the Assessment Questions and the OmniScript logic, the Omni Assessment Task will provide a guided sequence of questions for inspectors and caseworkers conducting inspections, investigations and evaluations.

Build the Omni Assessment Task's OmniScript

With the OmniScript Designer, admins can define the logic that sequences questions in the Omni Assessment Task.

With the ability to use conditional logic, admins can also design a flow to show inspectors and caseworkers specific assessment questions based on answers to preceding questions. 

NOTE: When using conditional logic, any text Strings need to be quoted for them to be properly assessed by the Axsy Mobile App, e.g. AccountName = "Acme"
